Where are your supplements manufactured?
All of our products are manufactured in the UK, in the highest standard ISO and SALSA accredited facilities.
Can you provide a Certificate of Analysis for your products?
Yes we can. You can request this by emailing us at support@focussupplements.co.uk, letting us know which product you would like a CoA for.
What fillers do you use in your supplements?
We care about what goes into your body. That is why we use all natural fillers for the majority of our supplements; including brown rice flour, rice bran and rice extract.
Are your supplements suitable for vegans?
With the exception of Vitamin D3 & K2 (which is only suitable for vegetarians), all of our supplements are 100% suitable for vegans.
Do you provide scoops with your powdered supplements?
Yes, all of our powdered supplements come with scoops for measuring doses.

Do you ship to my country?
It’s likely we do, we ship to nearly all countries. Nonetheless please contact support@focussupplements.co.uk for specific enquiries. We do recommend choosing tracked shipping if your order is to be delivered outside of Europe.
I have not received my order and the estimated delivery time has lapsed. What should I do?
If you are in the UK you should have received a tracking number. Unless otherwise stated, UK tracked orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail 48 Hour Delivery Service. Please check the tracking on their website: https://www3.royalmail.com/track-your-item#/
If you cannot find your tracking number, please email us at support@focussupplements.co.uk with your name, email address and order number, and we will look into the whereabouts of your order.
For European and rest of the world deliveries, couriers vary, but they can usually be tracked here: https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/. If you have any issues please get in touch with us using the email above and we will check the status of your order.
I'm not happy with my order, what can I do?

Your Order
How will my supplements be packaged?
We will send your product in a discrete standard envelope, padded envelope or small cardboard box. This is dependent on the size and nature of the order.
How do I store my supplements?
We recommend storing your products out of direct sunlight in a cool, dry place at room temperature.
Can I change my order after its been confirmed?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@focussupplements.co.uk if you wish to make a change to your order. This may be possible if the order has not yet been dispatched.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit/credit cards via Viva Wallet. We also accept bank transfers, please see further instructions at checkout.
