What is Magnesium Glycinate?

Magnesium is an essential dietary mineral, used in over 300 different enzyme reactions in the body. Despite this, it is estimated that over half of the population are deficient in it, meaning supplementation is extremely important. It plays a critical role in energy production, by helping our bodies to release energy from the food we eat, in turn reducing tiredness and fatigue. It also works to maintain a good level of GABA, a neurotransmitter that promotes sleep and regulates the body’s stress response system - low levels of magnesium have been linked to depression and insomnia.

How to Take Your Magnesium Glycinate

We would recommend taking 2 capsules (2000mg) daily.
For best results, spread out the dose evenly throughout the day. To make it easier, we suggest taking them with breakfast and dinner.
