It is most famous for it's anti-diabetic properties; by activating the AMPK enzyme, Berberine can control blood sugar levels and lipid metabolism. However, it has also been recognised for its ability to lower cholesterol, by reducing levels of apoliprotein B; a significant risk factor in heart disease. Berberine can also lower lipids that cause a decrease in blood flow to the brain. This in turn increases blood flow to the brain and can dramatically improve cognition and overall mental performance.

How to Take Your Berberine
We would recommend 3 capsules (1200mg) daily.
For best results, spread out the dose evenly throughout the day. To make it easier, we suggest taking them with breakfast, lunch and dinner.
